Russell Hatton
Pet Vet - Highgate
London
Canonbury Vet Practice
- Islington, London
Puppies need to feel unthreatened and happy at
their first visit. During the consultation, after giving them numerous
very small liver treats (puppy 'sweets'), each puppy is given a ribbie
(puppy 'lollipop') to keep it busy while the vet and the owner discuss
our preventative health plan. I point to the puppy gnawing at the bone
to illustrate that they are going to be sharing their 'urban cave' with
a wolf. I also point out how the puppy is holding the bone down with one
forelimb and how that builds up all the fore-quarter muscles. They get
another ribbie to take home with them. They often buy a pack of ribbies
at reception. Also all dogs get a ribbie at the end of every
consultation - especially if they've been good and have had an
injection. It's like kids getting a lollipop at the dentists. After that
they sell like hot cakes. The dogs like them, they're a good healthy
treat and they bond the dog to the practice. Result - Smiling owners
with happy healthy dogs only to keen to get into the consulting room and
do whatever it takes to get that ribbie before they leave.

Alison & Bella,
East Grinstead, West
SussexBella loved the Ribbies! Every time we opened the
cupboard she was there instantly. We sent her into the garden to eat
them and she dropped saliva all through the house as she went out! They
had a great crunch and we liked the fact they were made of wholesome
ingredients. |

Eulalie Charland, Tokyo & Kobe
Carshalton, SurreyTokyo and Kobe
absolutely adored the Ribbies. Kobe went through hers in the blink of an
eye, holding it upright so delicately between her paws! Even Tokyo who
has a bad underbite and a crooked tooth, and finds most chews
challenging didn't give it up! |

Heather & Scooby
Bolton, Lancashire
Hi! This is me, Scooby,
with my poorly paw and best of all my well earned pack of Ribbies! Today
I cut my pad while taking my mum for a walk. The vet said I wasn't
allowed to eat anything until I was seen as I might need stitches. I was
well upset because I really like my food! Good news though....despite
the bright green bandage, no stitches necessary - just lots of rest and
yummy treats! Bring on the Ribbies! Delicious and crunchy!
I had three in a go for
being a brave boy at the vets! Mum impressed too as she can be fussy
with what she gives me and really pleased the ingredients are all
natural. Anyone who can please my mum is a friend of mine!
Happy munching! Love Scooby
(and my mum Heather) xxx

Nicola & Maddie
Chelmsford, Essex
To say
that Maddie loves Ribbies is an understatement - there isn't anything
she won't do if I'm holding one in my hand and as they are 100% natural,
they are the only treat I've found that doesn't upset her stomach or
give her any other unwanted side effects. Ribbies are the only treat
that I buy for her now, and she's more than happy. I've also attached a
picture of Maddie, taken when I was holding a Ribbie - you can see she's
licking her lips! |

Val and Rosie

My dog really loves
Ribbies. Given a choice she goes for a ribbie every time. She has
begrudgingly given one to several doggy pals and they love them too.
Learning to share has been hard for Rosie!

Sarah & Rowan
Crapstone, Devon
This is our youngest,
Rowan, at 11 months old. She has been brought up on 100% additive free
raw food so it is great to supplement her diet with your 100% natural
treats. All six dogs were frantic to try the Ribbies and it was great
to find a treat that didn't vanish in 2 seconds flat and gave their
teeth a good workout. If the dogs are fit and happy then so are we - an
order for 7kg of delicious, crunchy Ribbies is heading your way and I'm
sure it will be the first of many!

Nathan & Xena
Crouch End, London
Hi I am Xena, my Dad Nathan
used to bring all these treats home from the supermarket (and between me
and you they were just mediocre), but then one day he came home with a
packet of these Ribbies, and you know what? Our relationship changed. As
a matter of fact its changed so much, whenever I'm as obedient as I can
be, I know I'm going to get a Ribbies treat!
It puts a smile on Dads
face, besides, whos fooling who now?
P.S. I'm glad I live a dogs
life!
